* Proper mechanics for control, velocity, and endurance
* How to get the most out of your arm without injury
* How to set up hitters
* Flat ground & strengthening drills used by pro pitchers
* How to properly throw the various pitches & what age to start
* Video Presentation & Analysis of MLB pitchers & mechanics
Coach Zahn, former Major League pitcher with the Dodgers, Angels, and Twins, has been recommended by Tommy Lasorda as one of the premier pitching coaches of today. He is the Founder and President of www.masterpitching.com.
